I always go in excited to see what my stylist will do for me when she cuts, colors. And styles my hair. I come out feeling beautiful and confident. A good stylist is a must for anyone who wants to look and feel their best.

The ONLY reason I gave 5 stars is because of a former worker named Britney that worked there in 2017. She gave me a bob (very short) and I am extremely picky & I LOVED IT! Was my favorite ever! I hear bobs are hard from the last stylist at JC Penny who in fact really messed my hair up big time AFTER charging extra! If I were in charge here I would get on the phone now & beg Britney back! Rare find, extremely good, & I'm on a mission to find her!

I'm not too difficult to please, but this place needs some changes. Haircuts are decent if you are willing to wait..and wait...and wait. Understaffed and not particularly friendly - I once waited over an hour and then walked out because I was still not close to receiving my haircut. Never again.

It was a little bit of a wait just because a lot of people where in there. But the service was great and Angie cut my hair perfectly! Couldn't have asked for it done any better.
