Paid $150 for a cut and color from Amber on the 5th of December and I've only washed my hair twice since then (with sulfate free shampoo and conditioner) and the red is already almost completely washed out of my hair!! I definitely didn't pay that much to end up with copper colored highlights in a week and half! Very disappointing! Once I posted a 3 star review on Facebook stating that it was an okay experience (I was being nice!) I was messaged and told that red hair color just washes out fast and that it was a favor to me that I wasn't charged more since it took her 6 hours to do my hair. (She had to foil my hair twice because she didn't let it set long enough the first time.) That was not my fault so I'm not sure why it would have been my place to pay for that... however Brittany was working off and on the day of my appointment and she seemed very nice! She even cleaned some hair color off of my face and I wasnt her client. I hate that these reviews may negatively effect her's and Holly's business but I feel slightly ripped off and I thought people should know.
