Dont waste your time or money. 24 to have an in cut off my husband's hair. Looks horrible. Its uneven. His hair grows fast and it had become a mullet due to time to make it to get it cut. He still has a mullet even after 2 uneven trims by her. Definitely not worth the 24dollars we were charged. Only reason they got a one star is that is the only way to give a review. It would have been no stars if that was a choice

I have visited this salon once years ago. I tried to go back but there is one stylist there who I want NOTHING to do with. I know she has worked there for many years, can’t remembe her name, I know she has short red and blonde hair. Anyway. This particular stylist is incredibly rude, not only to customers but to fellow staff as well. The fact that this company has kept her this long is beyond me. On top of her horrible attitude she totally wrecked my hair. I was trying to go blonde, I know this is a process, but she let me leave cream sickle orange! She even tried to make me feel like it was my fault. YOU are the professional, YOU are the one who is supposed to know what they are doing. As long as that one works there I will never give this salon another chance.

DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE. Very poor exsperience, many issues that need to be fixed. Me and a friend wanted to get our hair done so we searched for local hair salons. My friend wanted ombré going from dark brown to blonde and I wanted dark brown with caramel highlights. We were enthused by the fact they could fit us in within the hour without an appointment set up before hand. We get to Regis and there are two employees working. We discuss our satisfactory hair style and they proceed to tell us both that with darker colored hair and because of box dye we could not go blonde or caramel. At the moment I was pretty pursuaded upon the fact that this was so because they clipped small peices from both of our hair, waited 20 minutes and then proceeded to show us that the bleach would turn our hair an orangish color. We then later proceeded to find out the only reason the results we got was because the stylists did not wait long enough for the satisfied color. ( this was after leaving the salon). Believeing this to be true we then compromised to a dark color after many other request failed to their exsperience. So I proceeded to tell the stylist I wanted dark brown with red highlights. She tells me the price range for this would be $120 for just my hair not my friend. This was an outrages price! Stupid me at the moment thinks hmm maybe this is a normal price range upon the fact of research afterwards where as most places charge around $75 escpecially with short hair like mine only reaching my chin. So anyways we proceed with what we want... we got there around 5:30pm my friend got ombré from dark brown to red and I settled with dark brown with red highlights. The employees took their dear sweet time goofing around, having conversations with one another and simply putting off the task they had at hand also the stylist I had with bright purple hair burned the hell out of my scalp several times with the hair dryer because she was holding it in one spot while she was doing whatever she was doing behind me. Finally the process is completed at 9:10-9:20pm. (Almost 4 hours later.) when the mall is already closed. I am not satisfied with what I got at all and neither is my friend. The red that was put into our hair does not show unless in direct contact with the sun and even then it is very subtle and the colors did not match what was presented to us and chosen. oh I also forgot to mention I have found several small peices in my hair that were missed completely where my natural brunette hair shines through. At the end of the day in total we were out over $200 for something that could have easily been done at home with box dye for around $20. They will use box dye as an excuse not to do your hair, they claim box dyed hair cannot be bleached into a desired color when in reality they do not want to take the time and patience to leave the bleach in long enough with a substantial amount of heat to get to your requested color. I do not recommend going here unless you want to be ripped off, have poor quality results and the employees lying to you about what they can and cannot do based on there own satisfactory and lack of diligence. Thank you Regis box dyes will be my top priority when it comes to my hair or definitly a better salon. Thank you for your poor quality service.
