Had a facial about two weeks ago. In the past I had always enjoyed my experience. I was supposed to get the hot stone rub on my arms, I just got a little on my shoulders. The person giving me the facial rub the same cleanser on my face, in the same routine three times. She did to a couple of extractions. Not worth the money this time. Very disappointed because in the past this was the best place to get a facial.

Everything about Merle Norman Cosmetics and Day Spa is wonderful. I am always pleased with how my appointments go. The welcoming staff and atmosphere create a pleasant experience every time.

I would definitely recommend taking a trip to the Spa at Merle Norman. The atmosphere is welcoming and the staff is always punctual and organized. It is a clean and relaxing place to visit. I highly recommend.

I have been going to Merle Norman for at least 30 years now. The atmosphere is definitely my favorite part about the salon and why I have been a client for so long. There are other places much closer to me, but I choose to drive that extra time because I love the staff and service so much.
