They was awesome friendly done everything they could to save my granddaughter hair after she make a mess out of it

I went there and they told me that it would be a 30 minute wait. So we came back 30 minutes later and the lady told me that she was fixing to leave and that the other lady there had two colors ahead of me, so it would at least be over an hour wait. Not only that, she was very rude. If you tell someone 30 minutes, it should be at least close to that, not 1 hour and 30 minutes.
