Went with my girlfriend so don't have any comments on the products but I am always amazed at hot neat and put together the store is. The OCD portion of my brain loves the organization of everything. The staff is also very friendly and most importantly my girlfriend leaves happy Every time. So that makes life easier. Thank you ULTA.

The store is great, the employees (associates) are fantastic. The management team? Ugh. My husband and I were in there shopping about a month ago and he likes to smell all the different colognes there while I shop for my makeup. All 3 managers were surrounding him, talking about him over their headsets and treating him like he was going to steal... because heâ€™s black. Unacceptable. They even know me personally because I currently work at their old place of employment. This is not okay. He was literally walking around the counter, spraying and smelling the different frangrences. Thatâ€™s it.

The difference between this store and the Clarksville store is night and day. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and made feel welcome by the girl with short blonde hair. Our cashier was super friendly as well. As many times as I've been to the Clarksville store, I have never been asked if I needed help with anything or if I wanted help trying any of the makeup on. My only complaint, is that when I asked about a sale, some blonde chick in a ponytail didn't bother to check. Told me that the if it was showing online, that it was online only and it was actually a sale that started today. She should learn from the other two girls that were there!!

Had a bad experience with an acting manger named Allison. She had an attitude and was very rude. Never had an issue before but donâ€™t think I will be going back to this Ulta for beauty supplies!
