Shameful customer service at the Corporate Office. Because of Ulta’s website bugs, they sent my niece not one but THREE $50 gift cards. I spent hours on the phone with them waiting on hold, and finally they told me that they simply cannot cancel any of them because it was MY error. Their final conclusion was to tell me I ultimately needed to call CashStar and work it out with them. This was after they suggested I just drive 30 minutes to the store in Clarksville and see if “maybe” they can do anything. That didn’t go over well. Listen Ulta, people have full time jobs and cannot spend this amount of time and stress correcting YOUR errors. How about you call CashStar because I purchased through YOU, and YOU had website bugs. Own up to your issues and make amends to loyal customers. Believe me, last time doing business with you online. In today’s world, you need to work a little harder to keep your customers or we’ll just shop at Sephora.
