Went here to get my kids haircuts and the cashier was super rude. At no moment she looked up to tell us there was no hairstylist available till 3pm which was in 15 min. She kept looking at her appointment book. Then my husband asked a question and she completely ignored him so we just turned around and left. I thought it was unprofessional and uncalled for.

I moved to the Bossier/Shreveport area back in June. I have found it hard to find someone that can cut a standard man's hair. I have dark brown hair and have been giving some horrible fades at many different barber shops in this area and around the country. How a barber can't cut a man's hair is beyond me. I'm here to tell you, please do not hesitate and go see Katherine at this location. I can not vouche for any other stylist there, but you will not be disappointed by her. She is easy to talk to and professional. I even didn't have money on me by accident and no complaint I came back next day to pay. I tipped her $20 and no regrets. Best haircut in Bossier and I'm not looking any further. God Bless America!

PROS: Stylist had a very friendly and professional attitude. CON: My experience was more like getting my hair done at a beauty school. The stylist did a good job on the relaxer but seem to have little experience cutting hair. I had shoulder length hair and I wanted a short cut and style. I showed a photo of exactly what I wanted. The stylist who cut my hair kept getting lost and when I stepped away to go to the restroom I noticed that my hair was cut very uneven. The other stylist came over and helped her. My hair still wasn't exactly what I wanted but being that I was going to an event and limited on more time I chose not to make a big issue out of it. After my curls fell a couple of days after having it done I realized that my hair is still very uneven . I will not be visiting this salon for a hair cut again. My services was $118 for 2 hair cuts ( my daughter and I), my relaxer and style and two bottles of conditioner.
