I brought in my 3 children ages 4-10 to get their hair cut. Before 1 stylest started cutting my four year olds hair she asked me very rudely what was wrong with my daughter's hair. I explained to her that my 4 year old had tried to cut her own hair and I wanted to get it evened up. The other stylist cutting my 8 year olds hair informed me she would check my daughter's hair for lice before she cut her hair. Which I had no problems with. I understand they have to be cautious. Well after checking my daughter's head she said she was clear and started cutting her hair. Well I went back to check on my 4 year old and the other stylist told me she would have to quit cutting her hair because she had lice even though she could show me no proof that she had. She informed me she found one white speck in her hair and that it must be early stages of head lice. But when I asked her to show me she could find no more.(My four year old doesn't attend school or daycare and they already told me my other children were lice free so it didnt make since to me)So they immediately stopped cutting my other daughters hair in the middle of her haircut even though they said she had no lice. And to top it all off the stylist cutting my son's hair pinched him which the clippers as she was cutting his hair and told him maybe if he would brush his hair then that wouldn't have happened!! He is only ten. So immediately after we left the salon I stopped by my children's pediatrician to get their heads checked. And none of my children had head lice. I understand they want to be cautious about head lice but they were so rude from the moment we came. I believe it was because they were all in the back on break and when we showed up they had to actually had do something. Just my opinion though. I will never bring my kids back there. They are just children and never deserved to be treated that way.
