I hadn't had my nails done in years and I finally decided to get them done and decided to go to this salon! My honest thought was..." they seemed misunderstanding on what I wanted my nails like then as the lady was doing my nails she was just fast and sloppy!" My nails didn't turn out how I wanted them! Here it is 3 days later and my nail already chipped! The acrylic is already starting to wear as well! She also did a sloppy job on my daughters nails too! This was my first time at this place and my last time. I'm not a happy customer.

Place is very nice but the experience wasn't. I was offered a water, guy got up(thought he was just going to get the water) I later then got thirsty and realized I didn't get my water that was offered....had to remind the guy. That was all good, he apologized. But my getting nails done experience was good at all. Guy wouldn't even do what I wanted, which was putting glitter polish over a nail polish(every other place I've been to has done it).... then he messed the design up and ignored what I had told him I wanted .... just wasn't the experience I was looking forward to, and way overly priced. Any other place would've charged me $30-40 but I was charged $55. 60$ with a 5$ tip the guy basically waited for me to give him.. will wait till I get back to Denham after work to get my nails done from now on.. terrible experience, but the place is beautiful, but that's not what I was going there for

don't get me wrong, I love my nails. But I got them done THURSDAY, I got the acrylic French tips and the gel top coat. And I'll somehow have blue or black color on the underneath on my nails. AND the he'll top coat is already cracking or something. Idk, but $30, could've done a little better. Other than that the staff was nice but they totally changed.

Beautiful place but service is terrible! I went in for a basic manicure with shilac polish. Left paying $35! According to their website a basic manicure is $13. So youâ€™re telling me I paid $22 for the shilac?! I donâ€™t think so!!
