Hairdressers do not listen to what you want or request. They decide to have their own agenda and give you what they think looks good on you, despite insisting you want a certain color or cut. And when you say you don't like it, they will talk down to you and make you feel stupid for wanting what you wanted! I wanted a full color change, and instead I spent over $100 on highlights (that turned out GREY) I never wanted. Never going back.

I am so happy I discovered JCF after I moved to Lafayette a few years ago. I have course thick hair and Anna knows exactly how to make my difficult hair gorgeous. My hair cuts are always on point and the color is beautiful. The JCF Team have southern charm, are beyond professional, stylish and have reasonable prices.

Extremely unprofessional staff. This place is feigning upscale, but couldn't be further from. You might get a decent cut, but not worth the price they charge. Plenty of other salons in Lafayette, don't waste your time/money here.
