Had a 10am appointment for a Brazilian blowout. The stylist said she was running late cause her previous client showed up late. I don't mind a small wait but when she finished up on her clients hair (after telling me it would be only 10 minute wait) she came back to tell me that she was going to then give the client a manicure. I waited till 10:45 and at that point had no patience to wait any longer. I had things to do that day and was too annoyed to wait any longer. I just got up and left. The stylist called me apologizing and seeing if she could reschedule but I was on a business trip and didn't want or have the time to go back. Im giving one star based on terrible time management.
