Kaylin, my stylist, is excellent. She listens to you and works with you to get your best results and she is consistent. I highly recommend her not only for her talent but also because she is a really nice person.

Lux is a terrific little gem on Water St. in downtown Hallowell. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The staff and pooch in residence are all lovely. The value for your money is amazing. If you are in the greater Augusta/Gardiner area, give them a call for your next hair appointment. You'll be glad you did.

I went to Jillian when my daughter was about three months old. I'm pretty sure that was the first time my hair had been washed since she was born! Jillian was awesome! When the baby woke up, Jillian was really flexible and was able to continue cutting my hair while I held my baby! My hair looked great, even with all the moving around while trying to hold a baby! Jillian also cuts my husband's hair and will be the person my daughter goes to - when she has enough hair to be cut!
