Gina has been doing my hair for years. I follow her wherever she goes. She just did my hair a week ago. It's one of the best color she has done on my hair.

I recently had my brows microbladed by Erica at this salon. It was a total disaster! I took the advice of a coworker who was having her brows done by her and had checked around and was confident Erica knew what she was doing. So wrong! My brows are a mess - they are placed too high, one is much thicker then the other, and one tail is very dark, looking like someone took a sharpie to it. Erica looked at them after two weeks and had several solutions in mind. I was not comfortable letting her touch my face again and decided get advice from real professionals in Portland. My brows need to be completely removed by laser which will take multiple visits, 6 weeks apart, at $100 each visit. Only then can I have my brows redone. This is going to take months to complete! Erica refunded me my money, $400, but that's not even going to cover the laser treatments, let alone another microblading. I know I signed a release, but this is a prime example of incompetence and an unwillingness to make good on it. A few final thoughts: She spends most of the time talking, (mostly about herself), she lied and told me the dark tail was because I have a wrinkle there and that it "folded in" when it was because she went too deep with the blade (a professional confirmed this) and, finally, do your homework and find a qualified person if you want this procedure done. Everyone is cashing in on this with little training! It is your face!!! (I wouldn't even give a one star review, but I had to choose one to post)

This is an AMAZING salon. Such a comfortable setting!! Great value, Great setting and AMAZING Stylists!! Hannah was Amazing!!! She not only took all of my thoughts and visions and made them a reality. I will certainly be back again as these ladies were Amazing to say the least!!! Thank you!!!
