After hearing all the good that comes from Nicely & Co, it was time for me to experience it for myself. My consultation was set up with Ashley Lewis. With a very limiting work schedule and on short notice, Ashley managed to make time for me during her completely booked Saturday. Talk about going above and beyond! During the consultation, she really listened to what my vision was while giving very professional, yet personalized advice. As most people are, I was nervous to sit with a new stylist. She spoke in a way that assured me she knew what she was doing and she did so in a way that allowed me to fully understand the process. We were taking my hair from a faded brown to a dark brown to blonde ombré. When it came time for my appointment, Ashley had me in her chair for just shy of five hours. She never lost her spunk and her energy was very refreshing. She spoke to me as if I had been a long time friend, never having an awkward moment. The work that she did on my hair is unbelievable from the level of coloring skill to the playful layers she added in. The rest of the team is just as impressive. There is a wealth of knowledge and there is a culture in that salon that shows the passion they have. The willingness to help each other out and the quickness of greeting a client or answering the phone made it a welcoming environment. It’s an added bonus that the pricing of services is reasonable and that there wasn’t the pressure of upselling products. This experience truly was better than I could have expected!

Had my first appointment for a haircut, and was thrilled with the results! Great haircut and really nice people. Very nice salon. Highly recommend it.

I walked in off the street with a horribly butchered haircut two days prior. I'm ready to cry! I was greeted with a smile and friendship. Lisa was able to squeeze me in immediately and not only did she give me a great haircut but it loos fabulous! That's where I'll be going from now on. Thank you!
