Horrible experience!my two daughters and I had appointments for 11am.We got there and had to wait,I got in at 11 but they made one daughter wait for 15 minutes and totally forgot my other daughter!Then they out right lied to me saying one was scheduled at 11:45!No apology,no honesty and the worst customer service I have ever seen!And my haircut is horrible!i came in with a picture which I used for my last two cuts(which I loved)and was told it wouldn't work for me!I proceeded to work with tech0117(she didn't give her name,but she was 40ish plus size woman with red streaks in her hair)Finally I gave up knowing at this point it was just going to get worse!Please don't let her touch your hair!Don't go there they also did a bad job on one daughter,they just don't have a clue what they are doing!The other daughter,fine,she literally had one inch trimmed off the bottom,who could mess that up?Most of all,horrible customer service!!Very disappointed in JCP! I can not say enough kind things about Ann. I came in, my hair was in rough shape. She took a lot of time and talked through some solutions taking "baby" steps to fix what had been done (previously, not by her). She spent a lot of time on my hair, fixed the problem and I left a very satisfied customer. Thank you Ann!

I went to get a hair cut today. And not only did I have to go somewhere else to have it fixed, but the manager gave me wicked attitude when I went to get a refund. I didn't even know all of the issues with the hair cut until after the next stylist started working on it. I initially thought it was decent, I just wanted the back a little shorter and to have it dryed. When I went back to get my refund, after explaining what happened to JC Penny's Salon manager, on the phone, she tried to make it out like it was my fault somehow. She said I did not let him dry it, which was untrue because he dryed it for two minutes and then rushed me out the door. I will never set foot in any salon owned or operated by JC Penny ever again. Very poor customer service from both the stylist and the manager.
