I love my haircut! My neighbor recommended Lisa when we moved to our new home. In the past I felt intimidated by the typical hair salon mystique and for years I cut my own hair. Now, with my layered, shoulder length hairdo, I happily visit the salon about every 6 weeks. Lisa is now a good friend as well as an excellent stylist. I recommend this shop without hesitation.

The worst workers ever! Rude acted disgusted that they were even there! Never go there. They were even rude about a client that was already there in-front of me! The Chinese lady in the front with the long seems like she hates her job! Totally disgusted with this place! Go to Hair Cuttery at Harbour center best people ever!!! Nicest people ever

Sandra was very nice, but I'm pretty pissed. All I wanted was my undercut shaved. While shaving me she nicked the side of my head. No big deal, but then she walked me to the back to shampoo me. I figured it was just for cutting me, but no, I got charged for it. I got charged for something I didn't want or ask for. And whatever shampoo and conditioner she used has now made me look like a wet poodle that was air-dried by sticking its head out a truck window on the freeway. My first night out on the town in a long time and I look like a poofy poodle clown. AND I paid $6 more than at great clips. AND I tipped her. I tipped her for pissing me off. I won't be back. **I'm upping this review to 2 stars because my hair is starting to "unpoof". I still feel like I was deceived and duped out of extra money for a shampoo though.

Received the worst haircut of my life there. Asked for a trim and my hair ended up from the middle of my back to my shoulders/neck area. Uneven layers that don’t match on either side. Asked for a trim and was shown that an inch would be taken off instead I lost a good six inches. Told my hair dresser that it was looking really short and she insisted that it wasn’t. Had a small knot that could of easily been brushed out but she made no effort too and just cut it all off which shortened my hair by another two inches. Don’t recommend this place at all and will be telling everyone to not go to this hair cuttery ever again.

The stylist waited until my hair was washed and I was in her chair to try to upcharge me for "curly hair". My hair barely has a wave in it. Then I got a very mediocre haircut. I will not go back.
