Worst two hair cuts ever. I went on a Friday to get some layers and a little length cut. I left with my hair wet so did not see how bad it was til I got home and dried/straightened it. It was terrible, boxy and butchered. I went back Monday to have it fixed and the same lady cut it. She asked me what I didn’t like about it and I told her I wanted it more blended and feathery. She repeatedly said the word blunt which was the complete opposite of what I wanted and I kept correcting her but treated me like I had no idea what I was talking about. I let her cut it and again, left with it wet. I got home to dry and straighten it...worst than the first time! There was no way I was going to go back in A third time to have my hair cut. I had to go elsewhere and have a friend fix it for me. I was too mad and frustrated to go in and explain a third time what i wanted. Her name was Sue and I will not be returning.

No complaints. My haircuts are simple but they take care to make it the best it can be.

Very poor Customer Service experience today. Checked in at shop with a few people waiting. Lobby cleared and 2 stylists finished, however after confirming my name one stylists took a break while the other waited for an on line check in to show up a couple minutes later. Then more online check in customers came in and were served while I sat and waited. I understand keeping pipeline full with on line check ins, but when you are physically waiting with no one else in the lobby and are bypassed for a later on line check to arrive, that is very poor service. I left facility and went to Sport Clips where had a very pleasant Customer service experience. Will not be returning to Great Clips. ****Edit to this review AS COULD NOT FIGURE OUT HOW TO DELETE. owner contacted me and resolved previous situation aboVe in a most professional manner. I will continue to patronize Great Clips. Thank You
