I called 2 hours ahead to get on the books. This is what I was told to do. I was 20 minutes early, and she was 25 minutes late. Then was asked to wait as s h e had a quick cut that would take 15 minutes. One hour and 15 minutes later from my original time, I was in her seat. I called another time to get on books and was told, she is due in at 11am but she is always late, so let's schedule you for 11:30, she didn't come in!!!! Maybe a customer would get a discount for their inconvenience, oh hell no. I'm done with this place after 4 years! !!

This was such a horrible experience, I come to this location often, and this was not a good experience. I was there a little before 9am on Sunday the 22nd of April. There was one woman inside, and right at 9am when they were supposed to open the door, another employee walked in. They saw myself and another customer waiting outside and didn't come and open the door, so at 10 after 9 I tried the door and it was open, they were still counting the draw and did not acknowledge myself or the other customer. Then they finally took our numbers, meanwhile another customer, who had an appt. walks in and was greeted right away. Both employees went to the back of the store, one washing the customer's hair the other folding towels. Not saying a word to either of us. The other woman only wanted a wash and dry. At about 9:20 the other customer walked out, they didn't seem to care. So when the woman who was going to cut the other customers hair, with the appt, came up with the customer, I had to ask her how long it was going to be... mind you the other employee remained in the back doing nothing. She said when she was done with that haircut she could "probably" take me. Really?! I said forget it and walked out, they lost two customers and didn't really seem to care. I am not used to this bad customer service at this location, I got in my car and drove to the Harbour Center location, where I was greeted right away. I will not go to Edgewater again and I live in Edgewater! So very disappointed, those two employees were very rude and did not seem to care that they lost two customers...

Went there today to get a shape up and was treated poorly from the beginning with the woman who rang me up being short with a condescending tone. My shape up wasn't much better with a chunk of hair being cut out on the side of my head. The woman who cut my hair was very nice but didn't do a very good job at all. So that is why I am giving this location a lone star.
