Royette and Toya are the best. I come out looking amazing! All the stylists are great. They work with your schedule and they are pretty good for time. I couldn't be happier.

Ebony does my hair. She's very talented, fun to be around an knowledgable about hair. I mainly get my hair twisted by her so I can only speak to that. I've loved every style she has given me so far.

I hate to write this here, because I know that at this salon, each stylist conducts business independently (I think)...so I will begin this review with the following disclaimer..."This review is based solely upon my expereince with the stylist named Ebony (Eboni) Fenner, and not with any of the other stylists there. My review is a reflection of her, and not necessarily one of the entire salon." On Friday, May 17, 2014, I paid Ms. Fenner a total of $166.57 (that amount included tip) to install my weave. Prior to the installation, she told me that glue-in tracks could damage my hair and that I'd be better off getting a sew-in, so I requested (and paid for) a sewn-in weave. Ms. Fenner called me the morning of my appointment and asked me to stop and get a weave cap & I said that I did not want a net/cap. She said that it would be necessary to protect my hair. Because of that, I purchased the net and brought it with me. Once I arrived, she told me that she could not sew the weave in the back because my hair was really short. I agreed to allow her to glue the tracks in the back and sew the rest in the top. She braided up the top of my hair in four or five french braids going straight back. I questioned the braid pattern...this was because I sent her a picture beforehand of a weave style I had before and had requested that style. She'd told me that she could do it, but I knew that there was a problem when I didn't have any space up front for a part. She assured me that she knew what she was doing, so I decided to relax. The next thing I know, I had some sort of gunk/glue stuff all over the back of my head and around the sides, and a weave cap was mashed down on it. After that, a wrap strip was wrapped around my neck to hold the net down and I was placed under the dryer so that it could firmly attach to my head/hair/neck/face. Once I came from under the dryer, Ms. Fenner glued tracks to the weave cap. I believed that she was sewing the rest in the top (since I paid her for that and she was using thread)...but I have since learned that she also glued tracks to the weave cap at the part where there were conrows. I don't know why she would do that. When my hair was finished, I had a long stitched patch of thread down the top center of my head. She glued one track in the top of my head where there was no weave cap and tried to use it to cover the thread in the top. The next day, all of the glue stuff holding down the cap was flakey and white and completely visible. I used scissors to lift up the edges of the glued on weave cap and cut some of it off so that it wasn't hanging down so freely. I still found myself having to hold my hair down when the wind blew outside so that the big folded over weave cap under my weave would stop showing. I didn't have a part at all, so the weave sort of looked like a half wig/ fall type of thing. I was really busy for the next few days, so I didn't have a lot of time to complain about my hair to Ms. Fenner. I also just thought that I messed up by allowing her to use a weave cap and had decided to cut my losses. That is until my friend came to stay with me on Sunday and asked who did my awful weave. This was maybe the 6th time someone had jokingly commented on the horrendous nature of my weave. I said "It's just because I used a weave cap" That is when she showed me her weave cap and I realized this was a mess. I sent Ms. Fenner several pictures of the madness and of my baldness in the back now from where the weave cap was glued to my head and she refuses to refund me my money. She said that if I would have said something within 3 days she would've refudned me. I don't know why this makes sense to her, but I will not stop until I have a refund, and I will make it my business to post as many reviews and whatever else I can do to help make sure no one else has to suffer one of her tragic, ridiculous, embarassingly bad weaves.
