If you value punctuality, courtesy and respect don't go there! I went to Mixed Element today for a 12:30pm appointment with Patrick. I was there fifteen minutes prior to the appointment as required to fill out the new customer form. So, from 12:15pm to 1pm no one ever came to see me to introduced themselves, nor to let me know that Patrick was running late. When I finally got up at 1pm to tell the receptionist I was going to have to leave, because waiting for 45 minutes when you have an appointment is unacceptable; she simply said: " I totally understand, have a great day". So, needless to say, I am sorely disappointed.
