Krista is the only one allowed to do color on my hair. Consistently good job. She cuts my kids' hair. I give her creative control or ask her to fix whatever is happening and she puts me at ease. I'm also very tender headed, she makes sure to be as gentle as possible.

The best haircut I've gotten in years! If you go there, as for Krista Dorman, she really knows what she is doing. I described what I wanted and it was the perfect haircut. I haven't had that happen in . . . forever.

Terrible! Only been there 3 times and have messed up all three times. The girls there do a bad job each time and need to get better.

3 walk ins, all taken quickly, all cuts done by different people, all cuts came out good.

Haircuts (for me - a guy) have been right on. However, my 1 star today goes towards the wait times and overall management of the place. Every time I'm in I wait. This is clearly because the place is understaffed and poorly managed. For instance, today one of the two hairstylist had a friend in (color, cut, blow dry, pictures- pics in and out of the salon - then socializing for another 15 minutes after the cut on product selection. The manager should have stepped in and said let's more on - we have customers waiting (but didn't). I feel this is a place of business while it's nice for her to cut her friends hair - totally inappropriate for the additional time socializing when there is a line of folks waiting. So, why do I go here - well it's close and haircuts are good. Hour later still waiting. Frustrating. I will talk to the manager.
