My only regret is not entering this establishment sooner!!! Everyone was very kind, and you can tell they enjoy their work place! Ivy was absolutely amazing! Very friendly, helpful, relatable and made me feel comfortable from the moment she welcomed me! Highly recommend, and will definitely be returning!

Love, love, love, love and love what Niki did to my hair. Totally nailed it... Best experience ever. She really made it happen!!! I'm going back to get hair colored. I am typically scared of going to salons. First time in my life I've gotten exactly what I visioned from a professional and I'm not picky. She wanted and knee how to make it happen... Absolutely the best layers...and she added more after she dried my hair, realizing it needed more.

Just had my hair done today and was happy with the outcome. The only thing I have an issue with was that the prices were more than I was quoted over the phone. My advice, go in for a consultation before you get your hair done.

I've been going to Flow since it opened and Jaye has been doing my hair for 16 years. I've always loved that I can come in with an idea and she makes it work for my hair so it looks great on me. I've always been very happy with all of the services provided throughout the years. The atmosphere is very relaxing and it's a wonderful place to be pampered. I highly recommend.

The stylist are very nice and talented, everyone there is very friendly. I purchased the whole line of products recommended, and they all work and smell very good. I have been twice and seen both Jewell and Nicki-both are excellent, however, I called to have my color tweaked after just 5 days when I realized it looked too dark for me- and they said they would but Id have to pay for another full service color, as this is there policy since I said that I was happy with it when I left. I was happy until I realized in natural lighting it was a little darker than I thought. And so not being accustomed to a salon policy such as this I will not be going back. Why would I pay for another full service 5 days after having one just to fix it? Especially when I can pay someone else who WILL make any necessary tweaks in the color without charging me again. I spent over $500.00 at Flo salon in the past 6 months, and I will not go back because of this policy. I will go to a salon that will be willing to work with me, like all of the other salons I have been to. I have never heard of a policy like this- so please beware that this is their policy, and if you have issue with your hair within the first week, be prepared to shell out another full payment for any corrections you need....
