As soon as i walked through the front door, the lady at the front desk had this hideous expression on her face. She looked like she just rolled out of bed, her hair and face looking all crazy neither was there a smile on her face. I was immediately turn off and i didn’t want to be there! However, i decided to give it a shot since i called few mins ago before driving down. I had told them over the phone what i wanted done and they encouraged me to come down, only for this “girl” to give me an attitude and told me “oh we don’t do that” really?! I was so irritated and disgusted by her attitude that i didn’t want to trade words with her. Good riddance to bad rubbish!! I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! Fix your attitude and you might look better and have a happy and healthy life, “miss front desk lady”👎🏽

Great haircare service, great customer service, bright open environment will return. Yes this is my hair the day after traveling on a plane for the wedding in Florida. Pin curl kept the same style from the day before.

Good service. I just moved to the DMV area so I was looking for somewhere that offers good & professional service. I will say that I had my hair cut and they took more off then I ask but other than that the service was good and my hair looked great! I'll definitely go back.

Horrible! They put a texturizer in natural hair without permission and severely damaged the texture. If you have natural hair, go at your own risk!

If you’re Natural black hair I would advise to seek hair care elsewhere, our business is not welcome unless you want severe heat damage. The person rolling my hair was the worse didn’t know how to properly comb natural hair, short heavy set lady pulled hard dropped clamps try to say low next time I couldn’t be rollerset I need the blow dry not rollers explain to her all that heat would be a bit too much. She used something in a spray bottle while attempting to roll my hair in a squirt bottle very questionable to what it was. My hair is lengthy bouncy but super thin feel. I explained to lady sitting at front how rude she was she supported it I explained to her that type attitude looses business. I’m just hoping for their sake no chemicals were applied to my hair.
