I have been coming to get my hair done here for over 20 years. I also have been bringing my two daughters here since they were in daycare my daughter's are now 13 and 19 years old. We refuse to go anywhere else to get our hair done. These ladies are awesome. We get so many compliments about our hair every time we get it done. I love the service and the atmosphere at this shop. I have known the owner Sally for over 20 years , she always makes sure my girls and I are happy. Great place.

Super hair braiding say they do touch ups but they will have you sitting for an hour while they allow new customers to come in and start their hair before yours. I feel they only give top customer service when you are spending a lot of money. A touch up (re doing the first two rows of my braids) is usually $50-$65. However, when I came to get a full head of braids ($200) I started immediately. I try my hardest to support black own business, but I am definitely not returning! The workers are disrespectful because they bluntly take a new customer (receiving a regular service) while you're waiting over an hour for just a simple touch up. I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Iâ€™ve never felt compelled to leave an online review for anything, until today. Been coming to this salon for about 2 1/2 years now, brought my sister here to have her hair styled, and Iâ€™ve referred countless friends. That being said, your experience is solely based on your stylist. Got a stylist today who clearly didnâ€™t want to be there. Upon seeing how much hair I have she passed me a comb and told me to help comb my hair! When I politely declined she then decided she wanted to blow dry my hair to make it easier to work with, to which I responded that I didnâ€™t want too much heat put on my hair. Fast forward to while sheâ€™s braiding my hair, I pull out a piece of candy to munch on (Iâ€™m diabetic), she doesnâ€™t ask me for a piece but instead says â€œgive me oneâ€ and puts her hand out. By the time my hair was finished she decided to put several globs of gel over my edges and when I requested a towel so I could wipe part of the gel off, she sucked her teeth and then used a random napkin from her pocket to roughly wipe at my edges. This experience has completely ruined this salon from me, I moved from hyattsville and still remained devoted to going there, but I will now take my business elsewhere.

Not too bad, but they donâ€™t have a variety of color options, very limited and sounded like she said one price and then said something different at the end.

I have been getting my hair braided here for 5yrs now, and I love the quality of work and the very pleasant atmosphere I received every time I go there. The ladies there are very friendly and the business is very clean and stylist are very up to date with all the new and latest braiding styles. The owner is the sweetest and knows all the names and faces of the regular customers, and even when I see them in the mall or grocery stores they acknowledge me. Cire is the stylist I go too and she and I are very good friends we are like family. I'm always getting compliments on my hair whenever I get it done there, and I'm always being ask, where do I get my hair braided... I would recommend the business to all my family and friends or anyone
