My daughter and I went to hairway on Saturday to get haircuts. She, my daughter, had long beautiful hair and instructed her stylist, Stephanie to cut it just below her shoulders. When she finished with her hair, it was barely below her ears. How does something like that happen? The chair was facing away from the mirrors. Stephanie had cut 8 to 10 inches off her hair. I had walked away from the shop (my daughter is 34) and when I came back I was just horrified. My daughter has never had short hair. That person should not be working in a profession where she can't follow simple instructions. It will take at least a year or more for my daughters hair to grow out. get a job doing something else Stephanie. This field is not for you and shame on Hairway for letting this unqualified person to be part of your team. Will never go back!!!!

I never complain about someone’s hair. I am a big believer on being adventurous, try new hair styles and colors. BUT I was shocked and saddened when I saw my mother’s coloring job from Hairway Salon. It was awful! Big blob of over highlight in the center of the back of her head. Left side is way lighter than the right side of her head and the front is so uneven! If a stylist/colorist is okay with a client paying and walking out of her salon looking like this... then I would not recommend this salon. Be warned!!
