I have been trying to get my haircut for over a week and they keep saying they are understaffed and won't be able to see me for 3 or 4 hours. Make an appointment before coming, as walk-ins experience long wait times. $16 for a haircut is absurd. Even though the few times i went it was a halfway decent job, I've had better haircuts at home from a nearly blind family member.

My daughter went their and ask for some root touch up and a hair cut they bleached all of her hair she was in shock she didn’t want to be rude so she came home and showed me and I called and wanted my money back and said she was not happy with her hair NOT ONLY WOULD THEY NOT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK THEY CALLED MY DAUGHTER A LIER. That is the worst place I will never go back!!!!!!
