Great Clips saves how the cut your hair (clipper length, style ect...) on their computer, so every time you go back they look at how they cut your hair last time. This has helped me more then once so I can get what I got the last time. I also receive a lot of coupons in the mail and Email for G.C. which is always nice. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great clips in North East is under new management and there are some great changes! The staff that is there now have alot of experience and are friendly! please check it out! If you are unhappy in anyway please notify the manager and it will be handle in a professional way! managers can't fix problems if they don't know about them! they are there to help train stylist to be the best they can be!

Good haircuts for the price. Pick a stylist you like and stick with them . One or two of them will give you a quick mow over. Otherwise majority of stylist are great. Stylist, wash your hands if you smoke no one wants to smell cigs especially if you don't smoke.

My daughter went in for a TRIM and they chopped 5 inches off. She told the lady she wanted her hair below her shoulders. It's noev at the base of her neck. My daughter is w tween and spent the rest of the day yesterday in tears.
