Do NOT use this salon. The customer service is the worst. First they gave my appointment away one hour prior. When they called to let me know, I told them I needed it for a special trip the following weekend. She insisted on trying to reschedule but I did not have that much free time before trip, so, we could not agree on a time. This was October. When I called this morning, the woman who answered did not remember the situation. I then just asked for an appointment. She refused because she thought ny Groupon expired. I told her they didn’t and asked again for an appointment. She asked for code and I was hesitant because she could mark it redeemed. She was then quite rude and refused to let me speak to owner or manager. She actually had the nerve to tell me to go elsewhere and hung up on me!
