Went twice and was there the whole day even with an appointment. Did not like my hair, but the stylist tried to tame my hair so I didn't fuss. Prices aren't bad and the place is clean. I probably won't return though. I don't like sitting around all day long for less than fabulous results.

As a new customer I was extremely unsatisfied with the customer service. Ones work can be amazing but the lack of professionalism can completely take away from your work. I walked in right at 11 January 13, 2018 for my scheduled 11 o’clock appointment. I sat down and my stylist said only one thing to me she will be with me in a moment. I’m thinking okay she’s finishing someone up. Now I was here for literally a loc maintenance. When my stylist was done with the client in the chair she immediately pulled another woman from under the dryer. It was 1 and a half hours before someone decided to help her by washing my locs. It was another 1 hour sitting under the dryer while she finished yet a third clients hair. It took 1 hour to do my retwists and maintenance. Then another 1 hour to dry my hair and just as I had a look of are you seriously going to start a fourth persons hair when my hair is definitely dry look she Came to check my hair which was definitely dry. At this point everyone can see my look and irritation. See I got hip to her game the time under the dryer she would check my hair and tell me a little longer then she could start someone else’s hair. All of her other clients were in and out however somehow I was shafted. When she checked my hair and said five more minutes I told her no and I had to go. I paid and tossed her card outside in the trash. I will never return. My appointment was at 11. Hour did I leave at 330 for a loc maintenance.

Love the stylists and vibe here! Super cute, trendy downtown salon. I change up my hair color a lot and I love the people here, always so funky and helpful. Def recommend !

The vibe at Texture is super fun and friendly. Ramsey is a magician. I'm constantly changing my colour and recently transitioned from burgundy to back to blonde and my hair is baby soft and looks healthier than before bleaching. Magic!
