This was my first time visiting the gallery and I was very pleased with the service. The Salon was clean and the ladies were very friendly. I called to schedule an appointment and when I arrived it started on time. Throughout the braiding process Soda (the lady doing my hair) was very considerate of my level of comfort and made sure things were going as expected. As a business owner myself, I know that everyday service provided to customers will not be perfect, however, they certainly made a great first impression. I was extremely pleased with the service, loved loved the finished product and will definitely be going back for more styles. (M. Dee J. )

I had a wonderful experience at Rally's it was my first time there ,Nafy did a great job on my hair a I will surly be back.would recommend her to anyone.

Service and speed was great. I love my hair; Vera did an excellent job! However, the 2 issues I have that I thought were strange was that she first told me my style would be $150 and then towards finishing up my hair, she asks me did I tell you how much your hair and I said yes, $150. She says its $160 because of the hair. I thought that odd but said ok that's fine but you told me $150. The second issue is that they credit card machine is always not working. I've visited other African braiding salons over the past 3 yrs and they've said the same thing. Its always not working. Luckily I had cash on me today, but was anticipating using my credit card, not cash. My suggestion is if you prefer cash, say cash only and no credit cards. Don't mislead clients thinking that you take credit card but actually it's cash only! Otherwise, I'll likely return but get that credit card machine working. Thanks

I am in the process of looking for a new salon so I went to this place to check it out. I needed to have a braid fixed because of the terrible stylist at Sally's. They don't realize that they could have had my business. Instead they chose to give me a hassle about not getting it done there. I casually explained that I understand that and I wanted to know if I could get it fixed. If you do, I will bring you my business. Then they started to argue amongst each other about not wanting to fix it because I don't look as if I will pay them. Really?This is not my first time dealing with negative braiders but it will be my last I am officially done with these African braiding galleries. Since they are "too good" for us, then my money and my associates will be as well.

So I've been getting my hair done at Rallys for more than a year now. They are very good when it comes to braiding especially their bomb twist. What I don't like is when you get anything other than bomb twist, they give you what you think you wouldn't notice. The last time I went, I wanted micro braids done and I wanted it done small so that my hair would be fuller. They did the front portion small and the other lady did the back portion huge so that they were finished with me in about 4 hours time. I kept it and made it work for about a month or more. I then went back and spoke to one of the ladies, stipulating that I wanted to get my hair redone and the actual size I wanted. She told me No they cannot do my hair because it would take too long. She said to me that I'm coming on a Friday morning to get my hair done and weekends are their busiest so if I wanted the style done, I need to come back anytime Monday through Thursday. After that episode, I will NEVER patronize their establishment ever again. Now mind you, I used to pay $250.00 to get my hair done and still tip them and extra $40.00 for their job, but my money wasn't good enough because of the length of time they're saying it would take to get my hair done.
