I would not recommend this salon to anyone! Unprofessional, always turn around of staffs(stylist) and I don’t even think most of them are licensed! Took my little girl for a style and stylist braided her hair so tight that bumps were forming and asked for a redo and after owner and stylist wanted to debate with me about how there was nothing wrong I asked for the finished Parts of hair to be taken out and they still charged me due to her hair being washed. Very little knowledge on how to run great business with excellent customer service

I have been managing going to this place and thought I finally found someone in there that can do my girls hair. I always make appointment because I don't do sitting at a salon for an hour. Their time is money and my time is money and precious too. Made an appointment, got there and the stylist just started doing another hair. So, I asked her how long she thinks to be done. She said 1 hour. I said Ok, be back in one hour. Came back past an hour and she is only half way done with the hair. I asked the owner, why was the stylist not informed she had an appointment..to make a long story short... owners response... "what would you like to do". No apology, nothing out of her mouth to please a customer. I walked out and they will not get my business again. Its terrible business practice what women let these hair shops get away with... sitting there for hours to get hair done. Don't make money at my time expense. Which I can give zero star.

I have been a faithful customer to this establishment for a long time. I always try to give everyone an opportunity to do a good job. This place is not consistent at all. I came in with a picture of what I wanted my child's hair to look like. I gave a detailed description of what I wanted as well. My child's hair looked awful. It was not what I asked for at all. You are a business, you need to hire people who have the proper training. They need to demonstrate to you that they can do many styles before you unleash them on your clients.

I have been taking my daughter to this salon regularly for about six months. Today will be my last visit. Firstly the atmosphere is very uptight for a place that specializes in dealing with children. Secondly, the styles are too tight... this evening I had to undo my daughter's hair, although I asked repeatedly that the style not be done tight. Lastly, the price is too high and random. After six months of going to this salon I was randomly informed, after they completed her hair, that there was an additional $10 charge due to the length of her hair. He hair is no longer than six months ago.
