The worst experience!

Top this because I didn’t like the style mr. fletcher selected for me he got so angry that he threw the wig on the floor, and said forget it he was done, just lost my husband two weeks before that, left feeling useless. Never ever been treated that way in life.

I went into this shop yesterday for a cosult for an 'undetectable' wig. The owner--Barry Fletcher's--customer service was horrendous! I spoke to the owner--Barry Fletcher who was rude from the time I stepped into the door until the time that I decided I no longer wanted the consult--about 3 minutes later. He was rude and inconsiderate. He told me had exchanged enough emails with me and that I should know exactly what I wanted. I explained that I still had questions. Needless to say he was very impatient and his bed side manner was a big disappointment. He was not at all concerned about me--the customer.

I love the salon energy, everyone greeted me. The staff is nice and by far serve the need to help you grow healthy hair. If you never had a great shampoo, this team shampoos the stress right out of your head ☺. I highly recommend them.

I have always been cautious about who cuts my hair. Me Fletcher had cut my hair previously so I felt comfortable coming back. Worst decision ever. I even showed him a picture of what he did the last time I can in the shop. Everything was fine until he pick up the electric trimmers. I don't like them they irritate my skin. He put them on my face to cut my Betty Boo side burns he create with my first cut and that I liked a lot and cut off my natural hair line in front of my ear as well. When I asked why would he do that he said I always clean that up. I said no you don't and showed him my original picture. To which, his response was well what do you want me to do now. Really it's called an apology or a discount for not doing what I asked for. Don't waste your time or money coming to his shop because his customer service is poor and apparently he does not care that it is either. Thanks for letting me pay $135 for a hair cut I did not ask for.
