Decent basic men's haircut. Haircut took a little more time than usual, but nothing too long. According to the price list, a shampoo comes with the haircut at around $18. Doesn't seem to be a cheaper option with just the haircut, but I didn't ask.

I had gone to this salon in Oct of 2016. The girl who did my hair kept asking me questions on how to color my hair. I asked her multiple times if she knew what she was doing. I walked out like Ronald McDonald and my hair was cut uneven. The mgr was great had a great person who fixed my hair. I go to schedule an appointment for this evening and specifically stated I did not want that person who messed my hair up to color my hair. She stated that that person was not there and proceeded to tell me that I had not been there since march. I walked in and told the girl (the one who gave me my bad experience) that I was there in October and her response was yes that's correct. Before I even gave her my name. I looked her in the face and asked her weren't you the one who did my hair last time?! She SD yes. After I just got done saying over the phone she was not touching my hair. I asked if there was someone else there, she SD yeah you'll have to wait until she's done. The woman comes up to me very confrontational and states that my hair cannot be colored.. Really?! The mgr Debbie great!! I called their sister salon at the mall and scheduled my appointment there. I am apauled not necessarily by the service of the bad hair job as much as I am by the blatant lie and rudeness I experienced tonight. Completely wrong!! This employee should not have her license!

I called to see how much a consultation would cost for my wedding in May and the woman first hung up on me, I called again and she was rude, short and snippy with me. Not happy with this experience. Normally I love going here and they do great but this was not pleasant experience when I am trying to get info for me and my bridesmaids to have their hair done and spend a good amount of money to do so.
