Poor overall service. The receptionist was a pleasure. She was friendly and tried to be as helpful as possible. I had an appointment for two strand twists but patiently waited for over an hour for stylist to arrive. (I only waited that long because I was stalling for time while my vehicle was being repaired). While the receptionist washed and conditioned my hair the stylist finally arrived. The owner approached her to let her know Iâ€™ve been waiting over an hour. I didnâ€™t hear the rest of the conversation because I was placed under the dryer. Next thing I know the stylist walks out. After asking the owner tells me that another stylist will do my hair no problem. (Sigh) The two stand twists were bulky dry and looked like it was done 2 months ago. I wish I could post a picture lol. Iâ€™ve never had two strand twists but I know how theyâ€™re supposed to look. They charged me full price for the hair style but didnâ€™t charge for the deep conditioner since I had to wait so long. I guess that was their way of apologizing since I didnâ€™t get one. Poor customer service. I should not have been charged for that style at all.

This was my second time at Way-Z. First time I got box braids and this time I got 5 cornrows. I was very pleased both times. Please with the ladies who did my hair and with the cost. Well worth the money! And my hair turned out great both times. I will definitely be going back!

Unprofessional and poor management. If you have an appointment they don't stick to their appointment schedule. They took a walk in over my scheduled appointment. Especially after my appointment was moved to a later appointiment. I explained the situation. Very unprofessional in their attitude towards customers. I was not pleased. I will not be returning to this shop.

I really was very pleased with Way Z doing my weave, I share with her the photos, of me with weave hairstyles, she did a great/beautiful job. The wait time was great, my experience with some beauty salon, it took the hair stylist up to 5 or 8 hours to get the same hairstyle that Way Z gave me in less time. Her prices is compatible with other salon, very friendly place, staff, very clean. Some stylist pull your hair while braiding, or sewing in. Way Z is very gentle. As I stated I don't have to spend almost all day in the shop, as I did before and I still received the same/better result. I will be going back. I already received so many compliments about my hair, turning heads even more.
