Excellent Customer Service. The time is in/out depending on what your service is. I have short hair the top natural and bottom relaxed. With a deep conditioner wash and set it takes me 1hr 30mins. The prices are fair. I prefer roller set for less heat on my hair. Everybody does a great job except for one stylist who is very heavy handed but I don't know her name. Overall New Look Dominican provide great service and everybody is friendly. I suggest if you're looking for something quick inexpensive and open 7 days a week.

1st visit. Very modern, clean and organized. Quoted one price for natural hair but then at check out it was another. At check out, the woman who did my hair asked in Spanish what she charged me and she gave her a look of surprise. The conversation between them was in Spanish which they didn't know understood perfectly. It worked out to be about 10$ difference and I decided to not question and just pay my bill and leave knowing I will not be returing ever. When I got home to wrap my hair unfortunately there were parts of my hair that was burnt from the flat iron. Will not be back. $$$ thrown away. Unpleasant experience.

This place is very clean and bright, the owner was very friendly, I had a blow dry, a little bit expensive in comparison to the prises that I have paid in other places $45, I have paid in the area from $25 to $35, I must admit that they did a very good job, I would go back.

Wendy is one of the stylist there. She always takes her time and does a great job. She use heat protected spray while blow drying and flat iron. I get sooo many compliments of how healthy my hair looks and it feels great!

Horrible for Relaxed Hair!!!So, I've been to many Dominican salons up and down the east coast and this one is a NO GO! Firstly, I have relaxed hair which you cannot tug and pull on. Starting with the shampoo the stylist tugged on my hair while it was damp and I could feel my hair ripping out. I had to stop her immediately. Another woman styled my hair....smh. She blew out and flat ironed the life out of my hair. I could smell the burnt scent on my hair for hours (I redid my hair when I got home). At first I told her I didn't want flat Iron, because it was soo flat already but then another stylist came over and suggested a slight bump. What I got was a crease in my hair because my stylist didn't know how to curl with a flat iron. THE PRICING!!..... So I get to register already disappointed, to hear the stylist and some new receptionist disagreeing on the cost. The stylist said it was $35 and the receptionist said it was $45 with this deceitful look on her face. Her explanation was because I got shampoo and their system charges separately for that because they have to pay the wash girl!!!!!WHAT IN THE WORLD! I wouldn't waste my time here. One stylist seemed like she knew what she was doing in there, but I didnt get her.
