Jhovannas gave me the best, the BEST haircut I have ever had. I've got a head of Scottish Irish head of curls, think Brave type curls, only not as well maintained. Jhovannas fixed 18 months worth of crazy growth, gave me highlights to "dye" for and I'm a client for life.

My regular stylist that I have been going to for years moved away and after researching stylists I decided to try Jhovanna. I am so happy with my haircut! I have short curly hair and she listened to what I wanted, looked at the reference pictures I brought, and replicated what I wanted perfectly!

After looking and trying hairdressers in this area finally found Johvanna. I went there a couple of days ago and will definitely go back. Not many people know how to cut hair especially curly hair and Jhovanna gave me what I exactly asked for and more. I went home and my husband and sons told me that this is the best haircut I've had. I love you Jhovanna and definitely recommend.

I went to Jhovanna for years, started going when she worked at Bubbles. Unfortunately, about 6 years ago I moved to SC, but anytime I'm back up in No Va, I make an appointment. I've still not been able to find anyone who can do my cut/color like she did. When I lived up in VA I used to get compliments on my hair ALL the time, but not so much anymore. ðŸ˜ž She stays very up to date on the latest techniques and such. I bet I couldn't even get a better cut/ color from a top stylist in NYC.

Check the prices out first. I saw none posted online, and just one review that it was pricey. I have thick, long, curly hair, so I'm used to always being in the "& up" category of a pricing guide for hair services, but never more than $70 (before tip), even on a Deva cut. I was shocked when I was rung up for $125 for a Deva haircut (before tip), and I hadn't even had it colored (which is normally around $100). For that price, I wanted to leave feeling like a rockstar, but I wasn't thrilled with the styling and had to wash it and style it myself to get the bangs right (they had been diffused which doesn't usually end well for my hair). To be fair, after styling it myself, I do really like the cut. I haven't had a cut that looks this well when I style it curly in a year or so. It's just a big price tag to not leave feeling like it's perfect when I walk out. I'm still unsure though if I want to try somewhere a little more affordable or just bite the bullet and go back.
