Really bad experience. They are rude. Itâ€™s dirty. They only take cash apparently and are not gentle with your head. Felt like a Barbie doll in a chair. Not exaggerating. If you donâ€™t speak Chinese, they wonâ€™t understand what you want done. Trying to do a public service by writing a review so others donâ€™t have a bad experience too.

Do not go to this salon. I had my Japanese straightening treatment done. I was told not to wash my hair after 3 days. After I washed my hair, my hair was completely ruined. My hair was over processed and burned. The worst part is when I called to talk to the salon. They transferred me to another person. They refused to take any action. They didn't offer me any help, no recommendation. Basically they just told me they will not take any responsibility. Moreover, that's why they take cash only, so you can't get your money back if you have any problem. Also they probably try to cheat the IRS. I will file complaint to the state and IRS about this bad business.

The towels smell aweful and they don't do a though job washing your hair. Some hair stylist take way too long to cut your hair and talk way too much. Other times you get good haircuts, but not always.
