I went to Mitchell for the first time and I'm hooked! Aside from him being an amazing hair stylist who knows what he's doing, he's also super sweet and actually takes the time to listen to what you want. I didn't feel rushed or as if I was just another client. I have found my stylist for life!

Unprofessional. I made an appointment at 1:15pm and received a call at 12:40 that my stylist would be running behind about 45 min. I understand things happens so i was cool about it and grabbed a drink while waiting. I was told to arrive at 1:45ish. I came in at 1:48pm. Still to find myself waiting. I asked how much longer and the receptionist had the stylist come talk to me. He informed me that it would probably be another 30 min at 2:05pm. At this point i donâ€™t care about how often you do color corrections or how long it takes, i care about the fact that i was referred to you, booked an appointment and was contiounsly being pushed back. I have an event to attend tonight and didnâ€™t have any more time to wait. Over all it was a waste of my day and highly upset i didnâ€™t get my hair done for the event and for my trip next week.

I have been going to Eileen for years. She is a magician when it comes to coloring and cutting hair. She excels in creativity. I feel perfectly safe telling her to do whatever she thinks is the best color and cut for me. She NEVER disappoints
