It's nearly impossible to schedule an appointment with this establishment. I have recently left several voicemails, texted and emailed with no response. When I first booked an appointment (which took nearly 2 weeks to do), I was greeted by someone who was very short and quick to rush me off the phone. At that time I asked for loc coloring with a consultation since it was my first visit. After waiting a month for the appointment I discovered that the staff had only scheduled a 15 minute consultation which measured up to little more than me telling the stylist what color I prefer and having to pry information from the stylist about loc health when considering coloring. When I finally received my color service (another month later) I was pleasantly surprised by the results; thus the reason for 2 stars. Otherwise the staff was generally unfriendly and the appointment took nearly 8 hours; most of that time I spent waiting. Customer service and scheduling should be a priority if this business intends to continue to be successful.
