This place used to be super clean and professional when they first opened. However, over the years the salon has become run down and dirty. I’ve tried to over look the decline, and I still would occasionally come in for a manicure and pedicure. Today I came in to get my eyebrows waxed and they used the same wooden spatual over and over again. Re-dipping it into the wax each time. This is very unsanitary. For me this was the final straw I won’t be returning.

I ask the one guy for coffin shaped nails and he didn’t do the shape, I asked for them to not be so long and they are insanely long. Very disappointed, will not return. He also made very weird remarks.

I absolutely love coming here and it's the only place I let do my nails. Every nail technician I have had makes sure I'm 100% satisfied before I leave and offer a free fix if something happens shortly after leaving although I have never had to do that.

A little expensive but I love their work, especially Natalie's. You can get a back rub while waiting for your nails to dry. They have a lot of color options also
