Asked for an A-line Bob which is very hard to mess up. Did not ask for any layers which I ended up getting anyway in the back of my head which I couldn't see until after the fact. This was after I specifically asked for the shortest part of my hair to be no shorter than my shoulders. The shortest part of my hair is one inch in the back of my hair as if she was trying to do some sort of a-line bob/pixie cut fusion. I hate it... Never again! Been wearing my hair up with bobby pins ever since to try to hide the embarrassment. Looks like someone ran a lawn mower down the back of my head. I would give negative stars if I could.

Home of the 7 minute haircut!!!! DO NOT GO TO SUPERCUTS IN MANSFIELD Where do they get these people? Yes she took 7 minutes to cut my hair. Did not care what it looked like. Get you in. Get you out and hint at how to leave a tip. Waited 2 years hoping this place got better because its a convenient location. The owner obviously has no control over the employees or just doesn't care. Maybe try it again in 2 or 3 years. Just got the worst haircut of my life. It's hit or miss as far as the haircut you will get depending on who cuts your hair. Gizelle or something like that thought she was the worlds gift to hairstyling and when she got through I had these huge clumps of hair sticking out. It got worse when she tried to fix it. Had to go to another place and pay again to get it somewhat presentable. DO NOT let this young cutesy blonde near you. She is the worst.

Supercuts Mansfield is outstanding! My two kids and myself have been regulars to this location for over 8 years now. Mariah and Dawn have cut my hair consistently for 8 years about twice a month and I have never once been unhappy with the finished product. The location supervisor, Stephanie, continues to go above and beyond with customer service and always makes our visit fun and comforting. Nothing but positivity from us as customers and look forward to remaining regular customers for many years to come. Super Cuts in Mansfield is the most amazing place. I always go to Mirah because she is so talented. She is outgoing and makes you feel so comfortable. Her skills are beyond ones expectations. The rest of the staff is also very warm and welcoming. You always see a mix of clients from young kids to older adults both male and female. You should try Super Cuts. They all seem to know their customers, almost like a big family

I have been going to this Supercuts for years and have always been very happy! My boys get their haircuts here as well and are always happy when we leave! The manager Stephanie is the BEST- always a smile on her face and guaranteed a great cut or highlight! All staff are always welcoming, professional and we wouldn't go anywhere else! ! Highly recommend Mansfield Supercuts!
