What I appreciate about any practitioner, caregiver or service provider is their ability to listen. I love a person who knows what I look like and can provide her services to support, not just who I am, but what I need. Ashleigh has a gift for giving her customers superior results because when she lays her hands on your head, you can be assured of outstanding results. She's firm, but gentle, I don't have to worry about her not understanding the texture of my hair, recognizing when my scalp needs attention. There have been times, when her suggestion of a certain product or technique has fostered results I never could have dreamed of. They say that the hands are smarter than the brain, Ashleigh's hands are brilliant!

Love love love trephin!! I’ve gotten both my hair and nails done here and it’s always the best experience! The vibe is so cool and trendy, while also being so welcoming!! I’d put my hair in any of the stylists hands and always leave feeling like the best version of myself!!! 10/10 recommend! ❤️

Not a good experience. First, no initial consultation. I’d provided inspo pictures and hair history over email so I assumed my stylist understood what I wanted and was confident about achieving it. She took the highlights from halfway down my head. The first round came out brassy and damaged looking which was nothing like the photo I provided. I asked her to fix it. Next round was redder but still extremely coppery and very cheap and trashy looking. Not blended or dimensional at all. I said I did not really like it and wished it was more blended. Stylist insisted it was blended and then said it was not possible to get the result in the photo because my base color was too dark. Wish she would have told me that during a consult instead of after my hair was already bleached. Stylist also took another client and worked on their hair in the middle of my processing and left the work including blow dry to an assistant that, while very sweet, had no idea what she was doing. Overall it’s a very nice salon but the stylist did not listen to me and consult to make sure I got my desired result. Now my previously virgin hair looks like I brassy and damages like someone poured peroxide all over it. I want to get it fixed but will be going elsewhere. I should have done more research before picking my salon.

When I walk into Trephin, I feel like I'm going home for a weekend to be with family! Everyone is so personable, professional, and always has a smile. Ashleigh does my hair, and she is so patient with me. I've never had a bad experience with her. She explains everything to me and I always leave feeling like a million bucks!

AJ is an amazing Reikii practiced. Hes calm and kind with wonderful energy. I saw results in both my physical and mental health after our first session..will absolutely continue !

EVERY stylist is AMAZING! Our family was lucky enough to have stylists do hair and make up for both our daughters weddings. We call them our beauty connoisseurs. From the moment you walk into the salon you feel at peace. (Nate's husband AJ always has the salon well stocked with crystals) Just amazing! If you haven't been to this salon, you NEED to. ENJOY!
