I went to this salon because some Asian girls recommended it to me. I made an appointment 30 minutes before I showed up. I only waited for a short while before they served me. The people there were very nice. I showed my stylist a picture of the hairstyle I want. She modified a tiny bit because of the shape of my face. It turned out great! I tried quite a few salons in the New England area in the past few years, and some of them charged much more. The haircut I got from Hair Adventure today was the best among all those salons I tried. I absolutely love it! I'm gonna stick to this salon from now on. Go to my stylist Jackie. She's great!

I went there on Saturday, with an appointment at 2:30pm. I made the appointment almost a week early. I went there on time with a few minutes early. My hair was washed almost immediately soon after. That was the start of the horrible experience. After I was seated, I waited for 35 minutes. No one came to talk to me, except the one time I asked someone walking by and they told me to keep waiting. I saw my scheduled stylist was still working on someone, 30 minutes past my scheduled time. Then when she finally seems like she was finally done, she walked over to another station and started working on someone else. that was it. I started complaining, then this older female stylist was like, we're running 15 minutes behind. Then I told her, I waited for 35 minutes already when I was on time and I scheduled DAYS ahead and NO ONE even bothered to say sorry for the wait. THEN, she was like OK GET UP, and she started to take off the gown I was wearing in the store. At that moment, I just took off the gown/polyester thing and walked out. This is the worst hair experience I've ever had. It's ridiculous how a place can treat someone with such disrespect and utter rudeness.
