I called the day before and made it appointment at 2:30 because I had a event to go to that night. It was 4:30 and the person I made an appointment with kept skipping me to do other people le hair. She eventually brushed me on to someone else, who was also doing someone else’s hair. I was so upset and there was no customer service!

I moved around the corner two years ago I needed to find a place close because off my disability I can't drive anymore so walking distance is a must for me well I tried it one month ago and the price was as good as the hair cut I didn't feel out of place everyone was nice even the customers I've lived in brockton all my 56 years and seen a lot off change and many hair places have sprung up all over the city picking a good one well is a challenge when I.drove the cuttery on the west side by the v a hospital was my place that was a triple a place just very professional he has been in business in brockton for 45 years it started as hair one on Belmont Street and moved to main St and the original owner sold it to Frank who still owns it today so I miss that place and finding a place close to the professional people in the cuttery was a challenge but I did with this place they are always book up especially at school time beginning and end proms all times kids need hair styled its busy so it shows how good it was five stars give it a try
