Thanks to Albert D. for listening to my teen daughter, who went in on her own, and giving her a fabulos haircut. The whole team was kind and made her feel very welcome. Kudos.

I never had such bad hair styling experience in my life ever. They said they are giving me a mid-level hair stylist named Yoshie but the way she cut my hair, I really doubt that. I asked for a change in the look and she just chopped the hair in a straight line without any style or bangs. She did not have any ideas or vision for a haircut except for a single style she knew. I had almost waist length hair and she couldn't think of any style, except for just chopping them off in a straight line and make them shoulder length. Why will we go to a mid-level stylist for such basic thing which i could have done myself at home. I really regret risking my such long hair getting chopped off without any style over there. I can't even get it redone somewhere else now, they are in such bad shape after the haircut. I suggest them to train their stylist well before assigning to the customers.

We've been going here for years. Our stylist (Kristin) cuts my hair and my wife's hair every five weeks like clockwork. The staff is friendly and the salon is spacious and well equipped. Even now that we've moved out of the city we still drive or take the train in to get our hair cut here.

I went here for a subtle balayage. It L ooked great when my hair was blow-dried straight. But when I washed it a few days later, my curly hair looked like it had three striped highlights and zebra stripes underneath. Beyond displeased and will never go back

I started going here in college after a haircut at another place made me cry (first and last time I have actually cried over my hair). Alicia is absolutely perfect and does my hair how I will like it, not how she thinks it looks best. I have never found someone who does such a great job, consistently. I also LOVE Vicki. I had some trouble getting my eyebrow shape right in the past, and never knew what to tell people when they asked how I wanted them shaped. Vicki chose the shape that worked best for my face, and I went from being extremely self conscious about my eyebrows, to getting compliments on them. I now go out of my way to travel all the way to Kenmore, years after graduating from BU, and can't imagine going anywhere else.
