Salon 180 East is a modern chic salon. The decor is amazing, and the service is wonderful. I was in the other day getting a full-on bleach-out and had almost everyone at the salon work on me. I noticed that everyone was up-to-date and modern with the newest hair trends, celebrities' hair, hair products, etc. The stylists are constantly educating themselves so they can deliver the chicest styles to their clients. All of the stylists also seem to really care about what my hair looks like - they are not just trying to get it done. For example, I got my hair bleached out 4x (luckily my hair is very healthy so it could manage that) and toned 3x for 7.5 hours - it was supposed to be 3 but the stylists took the extra time to make sure the job was well done. I found out about this salon because I have been following Carissa for years - she is someone I can trust when it comes to doing anything risky with my hair. She is also honest with whatever ideas I have for my hair and has a good sense on what colors and styles will look good on people.

By far the best experience I've ever had! I went into the salon with bright orange hair and bleached highlights (a bad mistake at a different salon). Apparently Carissa has seen it all because she knew right away what had happened and assured me she could fix it. She was very sweet and funny and really knows her coloring. My hair is now amazing and I have a new salon. Thank you!! There really aren't words to describe the relief you've given me. Thank you again!
