Terrible. I started coming to this one because the one in Lincoln Plaza closed. It's always crowded and the people that work there are rude and snappy.
I went to get a haircut for my son and I last night, and I met the rudest, most disrespectful, unprofessional woman I think I've ever seen. I went in to inquire about a wait time; which for some reason I couldn't seem to get any answer to. She then looked me up on the computer (via my phone number), but evidently something went wrong and rudely said "So you've never been here before..?" with a really bad attitude, making it seem like I should have told her that, even though she just typed in my number wrong. I politely said "no, we have been here before..."
She was able to get me onto the waitlist and actually offered to do the haircut right at that time. At this point, I could tell this woman clearly hates her job, but I needed a haircut, right? So I said, "Ok, thanks. Let me just go grab my son from the car"
She then proceeded to say "Greeeaaaat..." and started laughing as I walked out. Well jeez, I'm sorry that stopping into a Great Clips haircut place, for a haircut, is such a bad thing. Totally rude. Disrespectful. You hate your job so damn much why do you even work there? I just walked off. She wasn't even busy.
Also, I just want to mention, I came here a few months back for a haircut and told that they were "closed" even though the sign on the front door stated they didn't close for another 3 hours. Still scratching my head on that one.
*Never had any issues at all at the Lincoln Plaza one.
