The lady was lazy to dread my hair she said she couldn't do it but she did a fellow Caucasian friends of mine. Also had an appointment set for 11:30 but she wasnt even there until 1pm. Poor service I found a better place BB salon in billerica AAA service very nice people.

Great salon. A lot of variety. Very welcoming. Awesome prices. Get my dreadlocks done here always. Professional staff. You can make an appointment or simply walk in.

Always a calm kind atmosphere with talented staff. Price is very reasonable with the average person in mind. Any hair type walks out with a beautiful treatment.

I had a scheduled appt but had to wait for about 20 mins or so for the stylist to finish with another customer. When it was my turn, the stylist took her time and did a really awesome job of my braids. This was the first time I ever left braids in my hair for over 2 months. She grew my hair so much. They have a huge selection of hair to choose from and unbelievable low prices too. My only suggestion would be for all of the stylists to offer a bit more personal touch & welcome feel - especially, to newer customers who are happy to provide recommendations. I would go there again.
