I had made an appointment for a braid since after surgery I was struggling to do my own hair. I had never been to a Super Cuts before, so at first I was annoyed by the way "appointment" works, but once I figured out the system I wasn't bothered at all. They only make appointments the day of... so your appointment will be flexible depending on how many people are there. I only had a wash and two French braids, so I was a relatively quick appointment and everyone was friendly. I'm glad I gave them a chance and was pleased with the way it looked.

Stopped into Supercuts in Billerica this morning for a trim. Courtney (my favorite stylist) wasn't in, so I saw Kristie instead. Much to my surprise and delight, both Kristie and Courtney use the same haircutting technique. My hair came out fabulous!!! Kristie explained to me that they're trained that way, so your haircut should come out exactly as you like, no matter which Supercuts you visit. I have been to more expensive salons, but truly believe Supercuts does the best job!

Poor customer service don't honor their appointment times not cutting my hair

I left this salon crying and the girl still asked me to pay for my cut and style. You get what you pay for I will never go to one of these salons ever again.
